SHIPPING & RETURNS
For finished items: If a piece was shipped and arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the arrival of the finished product. Finished products will be repaired and returned, free of charge. If contacted after the 3 day window a fee will be charged to fix the item based on the extent of the damage.
For shipped bouquets: If a bouquet was shipped to us and arrives in a condition that is not able to be used, you will be contacted immediately. Please ensure to overnight ship the flowers as soon as possible after the event.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because this is a custom service, we will not allow refunds of payment or returns of finished products.
However, if an event is cancelled for any reason, please give a one week notice to the event date and we can issue a 50% refund.
